Customer (country) :	Proof-of-concept project for one of the Florida based company, which provides speech recognition solution and service
Business Case :	Project was intended to obtain investments. Customer wanted to build a system which allows any one call the number and navigate by voice or DTMF signals via ad categories. System support 4 simultaneous channels and 3 main ad categories Real Estate, Cars and Jobs.
Solution :	Syntone developed VoiceXML based engine, which was utilized not only in this particular project but in all other speech related projects. Engine allows giving voice access to any informational resources, needed for customers, employers and partners. Custom VoiceXML applications provide voice interaction with CRM, ERP, SCM, IDM, orders management and other systems. Support both DTMF and speech recognition interface for interaction with end users. Voice enabled applications provides anytime, anywhere voice access to enterprise information, including email, prices, services, orders status, products availability and others.
